Hair Care Challenge

Hair Care Guide:

Straight Hair

  • Use sulfate free products when shampooing and conditioning- this will prevent dried and brittle hair
  • Avoid using oily products, they’ll weigh your hair down and take away from natural bounciness
  • Moisturize! Moisturize! Moisturize!—Treat extensions as you would treat your natural hair
  • Wash excessive product build-up
  • Use heat protectant when styling by heat
  • Bed Time – The use of a satin pillow case or satin head wrap will prevent breakage. Wrap, Braid, Twist or use rods before bed
  • Always start from ends to root when combing or brushing-this will limit breakage
  • Do a deep conditioning at least once a month- this will help nourish your extensions
